At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will have:

  • Strengthened ability to lead their team including knowledge of the secrets of making good decisions, the 21 laws of leadership and the 5 levels of leadership;
  • Enhanced competence to build a stronger team environment including how to deal with difficult personalities, how to use 'stay interviews' with strong staff before you end up using the 'exit interview' and an HR tool kit
  • Learned some simple and incredible ways to improve their organization's meetings with staff or volunteers.
